Gateshead Inner West Primary Care Network

The five GP surgeries in Inner West Gateshead are now working together to help improve your health and wellbeing.

This NHS initiative is an exciting opportunity for us to join forces with Chainbridge Medical Partnership, Sunniside Surgery, Teams Medical Practice and the Whickham Practice to make a real difference to our 45,000 patients. We will share the expertise that we offer patients and work more closely with voluntary groups and our health and local authority partners, to build stronger and healthier communities; whilst still retaining our own uniqueness.
